This took me a lot longer than Sailor Neptune: 
for some reason, and I didn't even do the lines today! Huh! 
Anyway, it was fun! I tried not to make her hair as smooth as Sailor Neptune's, although I kind of like Neptune's better... Oh, well. Hope you guys like the more realistic style. I'm not too thrilled with it. I'll make sure to do what I like next time. I really like her "dead scream" power. I watched this video of her doing Dead Scream in different languages. [link]
